To sign up for the relay, you first need to come up with a team name and then each individual must register online under that team name.

Entry Fee $33.00

per person 3-person team.

An individual participant is anyone wanting to complete a triathlon by themselves. They can swim or walk in the pool for 500 meters, then bike 14 miles. Of course they finish up with a 5K run/walk at the end. Yes this does seem crazy but "If not now, when?"

Entry Fee $45.00

The Swim

For most its the biggest challange

The Swim portion of the triathlon is 500 Meters not to be confused with the shorter sister 500 Yards!  The length of the pool is 25 meters for the swimmers.  The water walkers will be to compete in water they can walk in.  This portion of the race takes place at McCook City Pool and is a outdoor pool with showers and changing rooms.

The Bike

The bike is all paved and includes residential streets and rural roads.  Please look at Bike Course closely as you do the rural part of the course twice.  The Course is 14 miles.

The Run

The run is a scenic out and back 5K course with the majority on a paved walking trail.

If not Now, When?

This race would not be possible without volunteers.  It takes a lot of people to make this a safe event.
